Feta Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 1 cups olive oil
• 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp accent
• 1 tsp oregano
• worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 lbs feta
• 4 tbsp parmesan

Steps

Accent is a brand for MSG. Think beef powder or similar. Some use anchovies but Eric's allergic to fish.

1. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, accent, oregano, worcestershire sauce, feta, and parmesan. Whip together to form a dressing.
